Production time

Items are made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery time

After shipping, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3-8 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 1-2 weeks. Holidays and peak seasons can add time.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. It's already built into our prices. When a faster option is available for your items, you'll see it at checkout.

Multiple items

Items in one order may be made at different facilities, so they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly by email and on the order confirmation page. Nothing ships.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
